Joint Maneuvers Chiropractic Centre, P.A. is a traditional fee-for-service healthcare facility. In other words, as you would traditionally expect in any professional health care setting, there are absolutely no "contracts" or any other binding terms for chiropractic care. Drs. Petty have a one charge amount fee schedule for each service provided as per the law. Drs. Petty are in network chiropractic providers for MOST insurance plans. There are many variables in terms of an individual's insurance coverage, such as patient deductibles, patient co-pay or patient co-insurance, secondary insurance for the patient if applicable and in some cases, the need for pre-authorization from your insurance. These variables can certainly be confusing but we will answer your questions and explain your coverage as best we can when it comes to your benefits. As a courtesy we will verify your insurance benefits pertaining to chiropractic care with no fee or obligation. (please note, due to patient volume this may not be an "on the spot" process but may require 24-48 hours).
Drs. Petty are in-network providers for most major health insurance plans. Drs. Petty are also Medicare providers. It is always in your best interest to know and understand your insurance policy, benefits, deductible, co-payments / co-insurance and authorization requirements before you seek medical services. If you have questions as to what is covered by your insurance we recommend that you call your insurance company directly. As a courtesy we verify your coverage but we accept numerous health plans and cannot know all of the details of your policy. You are responsible for providing us with all current insurance information. Many health insurance plans have certain restrictions on your medical benefits, which include your chiropractic benefits or radiology facilities that you may use. Some may also require pre-authorization for visits during care. It is your responsibility to know the details of your chiropractic benefits used by your insurance plan. Failure to provide us with this information may result in your insurance company’s denial to pay for services which will leave you responsible for the payment.
Co-payments / co-insurance and payment towards your deductible are collected at the time of your visits. We accept Cash and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). There is a $50.00 returned check fee. Please bring your insurance card to your initial visit. If you do not have proof of insurance at the time of your visit you will be expected to pay for the visit at that time.
It is very important that you contact this office and your insurance company immediately to notify them of any sentinel events involving your health insurance.

Drs Petty have treated thousands of patients who have been in motor vehicle accidents or suffered from slip and fall injuries. We can treat you regardless of whether you have legal representation or whether you were ticketed or you were a victim. Our goal at Joint Maneuvers Chiropractic Centre, P.A. is to allow everyone to experience the benefits of chiropractic care. For patients who are uninsured or under insured for the purposes of care available in our offices, Drs. Petty have contractually become providers for ChiroHealth USA.
The ChiroHealthUSA program provides discounts on many of your chiropractic expenses. Your acceptance is guaranteed and the program can be used by you and members of your immediate family. While this program is not a replacement for insurance, it can be used to supplement a major medical health insurance policy.
By joining the ChiroHealthUSA Program, you immediately become a member of ChiroHealthUSA and are eligible to enjoy these discounted fees. Your membership is just $49.00 a year and it includes you and your dependents.
To join, simply complete a membership application in your providers office. Your provider will collect the enrollment fee and submit it online for processing. You will be given a temporary card to use until your membership card arrives in 3-4 weeks. It's just that simple!
Q. Can I join ChiroHealthUSA if I have Medicare or Insurance coverage?
A. Yes. You may join ChiroHealthUSA if you have Medicare or Insurance cover, but it may only be used for services not covered by Medicare or Insurance.
Q. Will my membership automatically renew?
A. ChirohealthUSA does not automatically renew your membership. You will need to renew your membership in your providers office.
Q. How often can I use the service of a provider?
A. As often as you wish. With the program you enjoy unlimited access to the services and providers in our network, and we encourage you to use them as often as necessary.
This discount medical plan is NOT insurance, a health insurance policy, Medicare prescription drug plan or qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act. This plan (The Plan) provides discounts only on chiropractic services offered by providers who have agreed to participate in The Plan. The range of discounts for medical or ancillary services offered under The Plan will vary depending on the type of provider and products or services. The Plan does not make and is prohibited from making members’ payments to providers for products or services received under The Plan. The member is required and obligated to pay for all discounted chiropractic services and equipment received under The Plan, but will receive a discount on certain identified chiropractic services from providers in The Plan. The Discount Medical Plan Organization is Alliance HealthCard of Florida, Inc., P O Box 630858, Irving TX 75063. You may call 1-888-719-9990 for more information. The Plan will make available before purchase and upon request, a list of program providers and the providers’ city, state and specialty, located in the member’s service area. The fees for The Plan are specified in the membership agreement. The Plan includes a 30-day cancellation provision. Note to MA consumers: The plan is not insurance coverage and does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00.
